Notice is hereby given that a sealed bid will be received at the Purchasing Office of Minot Public School District #1, Ward County, North Dakota, on the following:


District Supplies and Equipment in the following areas:


Office Supplies and Equipment

Paper Products

Physical Education Supplies and Equipment

Custodial Supplies and Equipment

Art Supplies and Equipment


Specifications and requirements can be obtained at the Purchasing office, of the Minot Public Schools, at 215 2nd Street SE, Minot, ND 58701. 


All bids must include any shipping costs and prices are valid for the entire 2018-2019 school year.  Each bid item will be evaluated and awarded that meets the district specifications.  All awarded supplies and equipment must be delivered after July 1, 2018. All payments will be made after July 1, 2018 and after delivery of ordered supplies and equipment. Shipping address 610 Burdick Expressway East Minot, ND 58701.


Send any samples to 215 2nd Street SE Minot, ND 58701, attention Purchasing Department.  Samples will not be returned.


The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any proposal.  All items as specified or approved equal.


Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing office no later than 1:00 pm, Monday April 2, 2018.
