Summer School Info

**ALL SUMMER SCHOOL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT MINOT NORTH HIGH SCHOOL-2100 21ST AVE NW MINOT, ND 58703 EXCEPT DRIVERS ED, WHICH WILL BE HELD AT JIM HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL-1000 6TH STREET SW MINOT, ND 58701**

Physical Science, Biology, and Drivers Education will be May 28th - June 20th, 2025.**

**All other classes will be June 2nd, 2025 - June 20th, 2025

**Classes that fail to meet minimum enrollment may not be offered.

AM Class Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

PM Class Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Students interested in Drivers Education should contact Mrs. Lori Ashley at Minot North High School @ 701-418-1712. STUDENTS MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL TO ENROLL IN DRIVERS ED. INCOMING FRESHMAN MAY NOT ENROLL IN DRIVERS ED.

Beginning Sophomores may take any elective or any freshman required course.

Students may not take required courses early or prior to their normal placement in the progression to graduation without permission from their principal.

Attendance will be taken daily based on physical attendance. Students are only allowed to miss 6 hours of class time per class taken, whether excused or unexcused.

Summer School Dates: June 2nd, 2025 - June 20th, 2025.

Summer School will be held at Minot North High School (2100 21st Ave NW)

AM class schedule: M-F (8:00am-12:00pm) PM class schedule: M-F (12:30pm-4:30pm)

Summer School is open to all students who were in grades 8-12 during the 2024-2025 school year.

Summer School will be in-person at Minot North High School. Drivers Ed will be taught at Jim Hill Middle School. Science and Drivers Ed will be May 28th through June 20th. JROTC will be June 23rd - June 27th. The JROTC Summer Program is open to those students currently enrolled in JROTC.

This year, our Summer School meals will not be free for all summer school students as it has been in the past.

*Breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 a.m. 

*Lunch will be available from 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m.
